Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics 3+ years of regulatory and risk management experience 2+ years of program or project management experience Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions Experience identifying and resolving complex issues Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics 5+ years of regulatory and risk management experience 3+ years of program or project management experience PMP certificate Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques Experience in leading large, cross functional projects
