We are a premier Home Heating Services Company who is seeking an experienced installation lead to join our team.
​Service and install HVAC equipment and associated systems in residential homes and smaller commercial establishments. Hours for this position include Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM with limited overtime as necessary.
​Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
•Assess equipment and service needs of customer•Install equipment per plans and manufacturers specifications•Service heating & air conditioning systems and equipment•Commission all newly installed equipment•Prepare accurate daily paperwork•Communicate effectively with office and site management•Utilize all applicable safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)•Exhibit courteous and helpful behavior towards customers and third parties•Collect fees when necessary (all methods of payment)

​JOB REQUIREMENTS -
​To perform the job successfully, an individual should be able to manage all aspects of residential and commercial HVAC installations.
•Positive attitude•Minimum 2 years HVAC experience•HVAC certification•Must have driver's license with a clean record•Able to pass a background and drug screening check (random testing may occur)•Verifiable references
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle policy.
