Professional support for decision-making and resource allocation in project development and field portfolio optimization.The ideal candidate:Holds MSc in Engineering / EconomicsHas 3-5 years relevant working experienceHas a strong project and stakeholder management experience“Green” related  end-to-end project management is a distinctive advantageFluent in EnglishWhat we can offer:Competitive compensation package Gross 800.000 HUF amount of cafeteria13th month salaryPrivate health insuranceBeing part of a competent, diverse and highly motivated teamProfessional trainings and career opportunities within MOL GroupFree health program and participating in company organized eventsOther well-being benefitsTo see, how is #lifeatMOL, visit this page: In case you are more interested  about the job in more details, don’t hesitate to read the following main responsibilities and tasks:Manages projects individual projects, prepares and submits plans to relevant decision-making forums after preliminary alignment of program manager lead, monitors project execution, reports on Capex plan/actual and forecast statuses, conducts post-evaluations, and applies lessons learned to future development planning.Assists to the Lithium Program leader in daily work and in the implementation of projects related to the mining of lithium and other critical raw materials.Assists in the domestic management of carbon dioxide storage and performs daily project management tasks.He/ she is responsible for the implementation of projects under their supervision according to the approved technical content, schedule, and Capex budget.Establishes and leads project teams, directs the development of projects listed in the Business Plan by identifying technical risks, outlining alternative options.Provides continuous support and monitoring of project execution throughout their lifecycle, offers professional support for necessary investment and procurement processes, actively participates in the technical evaluation of supplier bids for planning and execution, and assesses supplier performance.Continuously analyzes the technical and economic parameters of ongoing and planned projects.Generates projects in line with MOL Group's strategy based on research results and portfolio analysis, prepares project documentation: technical content, preliminary CAPEX/OPEX estimates, schedule, and economic calculations.Continuously monitors the implementation of the annual CAPEX plan, prepares plan/actual status reports and forecasts.Conducts project post-evaluations and utilizes the lessons learned for future projects, formulates general expectations for project development activities, establishes a KPI system, and breaks it down into individual elements.
