What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, terminate, and dress low-voltage cabling (video, voice, audio, data) at client job sites
- Troubleshoot and maintain cameras, monitors, and other hardware
- Perform preventative maintenance and service upgrades on systems
- Assist in building out and configuring infrastructure rack equipment rooms
- Travel across Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin & Eastern Indiana to complete projects
- Maintain and update records related to inspections and testing
- Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
What You Need to Bring to the Table
- Strong communication skills—you’ll be working with clients and teammates daily
- A problem-solving mindset—we need someone who can think on their feet
- Ability to work independently and meet job standards
- Willingness to travel locally (company vehicle provided after onboarding)
- Flexibility for full-time work, including occasional overtime
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working on ladders, scissor lifts, and in various weather conditions
- Willing to work in high-noise environments typical of construction sites
