LUWA Distributing is a Distribution and Appliance Repair company headquartered in Auburn, Washington with a product showroom in Bellevue, Washington. LUWA’s Service Division is known for providing top level service and appliance repair for world class residential appliances. LUWA seeks a Luxury Service Technician with residential refrigeration experience. The best candidates will have a positive attitude and the ability to help our clients with their luxury appliance service and repair requests.

Job Description:

This position will be based out of Washington. The technician should be familiar with servicing a wide variety of appliances, e.g. refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, ranges, etc. The role requires the technician to be customer centric.

Job Responsibilities Include:

· Providing timely and quality repairs of customers’ products

· Maintaining high-quality customer service and care

· Promoting and selling additional products and services

· Provide accurate and timely job reports

· Maintain accurate notes

· Meeting key performance indicators

· Providing knowledgeable and courteous repair service

· Use current technology (computers, tablets, smartphones, internet, etc.) to look up parts and complete paperwork

· Looking for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience

· Communicating benefits of LUWA’s services to the customer

· Maintaining van stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards

· Following the truck maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, organized and operating van

· Communicate with fellow technicians and service coordinator about day’s activities

Required Qualifications:

· CFC/EPA Certification

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 3 years of residential appliance service and repair refrigeration repair experience a plus

· High attention to detail

· Ability to use computers and smartphones for tracking jobs

· Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment

· Ability to perform accurate repair of client product

· Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship

· Valid Washington State driver’s license

· 18 years of

· Ability to lift 100lbs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· In depth knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion on material highly sensitive in nature.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

· Knowledge of scheduling programs, e-mail, and voice mail.

· Ability to operate standard office equipment.

· Familiarity with luxury brands.

· Ability to establish and maintain productive work relationships with staff and clients.

· Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of individuals.

· Ability to create, edit, write, and proofread reports and correspondence.

· Ability to perform basic mathematical computations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

· Ability to handle highly complex problems or issues in standard and emergent situations.

· Ability to independently manage customer service and office/project workflow.
