Provides business, service and technical expertise and advice senior management on current and emerging systems trends, practices, opportunities and risks within area of expertise. Provide lead engineering support to delivers analysis, interpretation and application of complex information in order to influence optimal business decisions. Leads high impact cross-functional projects and initiatives. Responsible areas:PMO P&E; Clearance Process Engineering; Business Planning; Service analysis; Clearance P&E; Clearance Technology & Systems; In-Country Clearance Planning Support; Regional Program & Project Management; Global IOP&P Support; Sort System P&E; The position is posted both internally & externally with India FedEx location. What you will do?•Lead implementation of GTS/clearance domain divisional & global projects in countries - service measurement and technology•Provide project management & governance support to MEISA GTS/clearance engineering function, managing project life cycle•Support divisional & global initiatives with industrial engineering support for MEISA GTS engineering •Drive MEISA clearance strategy/excellence initiatives •Support management to lead and guide teams delivering planned initiatives and road map•Study existing operation to find opportunities and develop automation solutions to automate process and reports•Act as lead business analyst bridging gap between operations and IT solutions creating innovative solutions and enhancing business systems•Support operations and measure their performance for efficiency improvement •Lead project business case and managing then through complete life cycle with cross functions•Perform industrial engineering study to improve operational efficiency and reduce cost •Represent FedEx and work with customs authorities on systemic changes to incorporate into FedEx systems You will be a great fit if you•Project & program management experience at least 4-5 years and certification •Process engineering, industrial engineering, process mapping experience of 2-3 years•Passion to drive improvement programs working with cross functions with team focus•Strong business acumen •Ability to work with large team and senior level management•Knowledge of process mapping tools •Ability to work with multiple priorities •Is future oriented and drives strategic planning.
