Machine Operator - 2 Needed - MP

We are seeking Machine Operators to fill opportunities on first shift working Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Job Duties:

• Setup machines for production
• Mix, thin compound, fill, and monitor coating head
• Wind-up material at the back end of the machine
• Monitor and inspect material for defects
• Work alongside Production Management, Quality Management, and Research and Development
• Enter data into company ERP system
• Report daily to Plant and Quality Managers
• Oversee machine personnel and work center environment
• Plan raw materials and operations of upcoming jobs on assigned work center

Job qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have previously worked in a production environment
• Manufacturing experience is
• Must have the ability to monitor and inspect materials 
• Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
• Must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented
• Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
