​​​Job Summary:

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various machinery and equipment used in the production process. This role ensures that machinery operates efficiently, produces high-quality products, and adheres to safety and quality standards.

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes. Adjust machine settings as needed to produce desired product specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Perform regular checks and adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.

​Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous Manufacturing experience is required
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
