Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing company in their search for Machine Operators to work in their leading facility in Telford.

For the successful Machine Operators our client is offering:

II. 4 on 4 off (2 days & 2 nights) 07:00 - 19:00 & 19:00 - 07:00
III. Temporary to Permanent
IV. Free parking

The role - Machine Operators:
I. Operating machines to standard running conditions
II. Ensure cleaning of machine is to standard
III. Record data from downtime and observation standards
IV. Ensure safe working practices
V. Line standards achieved
VI. Quality of product achieved throughout
VII. Escalate when problems occur

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operators:
I. Previous experience in a similar role
II. Flexible with shift and can work both day and night shifts
III. Excellent communication skills
IV. Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
V. Previous experience within a food packaging company would be advantageous but not essential
