Contract Duration: Initially three months, with the potential for converting to a FTE

Location: Londonderry, NH
Schedule: 1st shift, 7 am - 3:30 pm
Position Overview:
- The role is entry-level, involving tasks like filling hoppers with empty vials, labeling products, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Basic computer skills are required for training purposes.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures including maintaining operational logbooks
- Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required
- Support material handling as necessary
- Maintain segregation of materials and lot and or receiving numbers
- Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition
- Adhere to and demonstrate compliance to all company and department standard operating procedures including but not limited to: GMP, device history record, hazard communication, and safety rules
- Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks noted above
- Accept full accountability for product quality
- Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encountered during the workday
- Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and relative documentation
- Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator will ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, and standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- An operator must demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area.
- He or she must also exhibit the ability to follow the instructions of the supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during, and after production.
Other Information:
- Candidate must be able to stand to package and label product.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
- The candidate will not be responsible to run or operate the production line.
- Support material handling as necessary.
- Does not require the use of a forklift or power jack.
- Lifting/moving and carrying products weighing up to 20 pounds
- Candidate supporting a closed production line.
- No physical contact with hazardous materials or chemicals.
- Safety glasses, hair nets, and gloves were provided.
- Candidate must provide steel or composite shoes/boots.
- Must be able to adhere to shift start times and with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Prior manufacturing experience is not required.
- Training will be provided.
Required Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
Candidate Requirements:
- Preferably some manufacturing experience, but not mandatory.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Candidates with bachelor's or master's degrees are often overqualified and tend not to stay long-term.
- Prefers candidates with manufacturing experience but is open to hiring recent high school graduates.
- Avoids candidates with a history of frequent job changes (job hoppers).
- Experience in similar bottling operations (e.g., Client, Food and Beverage) is beneficial.
- The position is temp-to-hire, with a 90-day contract before potential full-time employment.
