What defines this job?

• Perform assigned functions, processes, and procedures that meet customer orders specifications, quality requirements, and production standards
• Work with supervisors and staff to operate and closely monitor high-vacuum PVD coating chambers
• Conduct periodical checks ensuring the machine and process is running correctly
• Load and unload customer products into machines while handling parts with care
• Perform general maintenance and clean interior of coating machines
• De-fixture batch loads after processing
• Carry out visual inspection on parts after processing
• Other duties as assigned

What do we ask?

Previous experienced in Manufacturing or other related field. (3+ years .) Mechanical, Electrical + Troubleshooting experience a plus! Familiarity with machine operation, manufacturing tools and equipment. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good dexterity skills, able to handle precision machined parts. Able to read instructions in English and read documents as small as 8-font size. Able to sit/stand for long periods during a 12-hour shift. Some weekend work required. This candidate may the opportunity for a lead position based on previous experience. Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a preplacement criminal background check and physical screening.
