Hours - 06:00 - 18:00, 4 on 4 off



We are a currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a prominent client in the FMCG sector, based in Coalville. If you are enthusiastic, focused, and ambitious with a desire to grow within a thriving business, this opportunity could be perfect for you.



Key Responsibilities



Operate bespoke machines.

Perform quality control to ensure products meet company specifications.

Clean equipment and maintain the production work area.

Conduct small preventative and reactive maintenance on automated production lines.

Provide holiday and absence cover as needed.

Uphold high standards of health and safety practices.

Seek to improve productivity and share best practices with other shifts.

Develop personal skills and abilities in line with the company’s progression route.

Handle any other reasonable requests from management.Key Skills and Experience



Advantageous to have electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic experience.

Ability to understand production planning to ensure smooth workflow.

Excellent verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills.

Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.

Keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse and challenge data
