Pridestaff is hiring for a reputable client in the medical supplies industry! We have several positions to fill and client is interviewing immediately.

Machine Operator - ALL shifts

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience

General Description

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating coating equipment and other machinery to mix and apply adhesive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for quality of all material ran during shift which includes but not limited to:

• Mixing ingredients according to instructions
• Visual appearance, /finish, quality checks, thickness and width of finished material
• Patrols job on a cycle patrol visually checking machine settings and run conditions
• Level of material and drum, replaces empty drum with full drum as needed
• Visual inspection of material, thickness of materials
• Make corrections to setup and running conditions as needed to maintain 1st quality

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year consistent work history
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 60 lbs. often
• Must be willing and able to go up/down stairs often
• Must have mechanical aptitude
• Must be reliable and have good attendance
• Must have reliable transportation
• High attention to detail
