Your Impact:

As a Machine Operator, you'll be a vital part of our production team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art machinery. You'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products to our customers while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master Machine Operations: Operate and monitor sophisticated machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections and perform routine maintenance to maintain equipment efficiency and product quality.
• Safety First: Adhere to strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and proper PPE usage, and proactively report any safety concerns.
• Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed production logs and documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with team members to meet production goals, deadlines, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Problem Solving: Utilize your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot issues and ensure minimal downtime.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (Technical training or certifications are a significant plus!)
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
