Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSeasons at Sandpoint is hiring a Maintenance Full Time person to help maintain the beautify resort on nine acres of lakeshore. The areas to be maintained include the Retreat building, exterior and interior common areas, beach, pool, hot tub, marina, public spaces, exteriors grounds, storage areas and garage. Additionally, the Maintenance Person will ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained. This position may fill in for property watch as needed.

• Must be available Saturday through Wednesday primarily 7am - 3pm but must also have ability to work holidays and occasionally evenings.
• At least 2 years of general maintenance skills a must.
• Must have great communication skills and be a team player.
• Pool and hot tub maintenance experience is helpful.
