We are a residential leasing company in KCMO and we are seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for communication with , scheduling maintenance requests, ordering supplies, and assisting with general maintenance duties at several properties managed by our team. You will play a key role in ensuring that the maintenance and make ready schedules run smoothly and that have a positive living experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for , addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate maintenance appointments and ensure the timely execution of scheduled maintenance tasks. Keep informed of maintenance schedules.
  • Ordering Supplies: and keep a record of supplies used.
  • Maintenance Assistance: Assist with general maintenance duties such as minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of common areas, ensuring all properties are in excellent condition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a high standard of service for .
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies needed to complete general maintenance tasks and monitor materials used for maintenance activities.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance requests, repairs, and work completed, ensuring all data is updated in the system.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is necessary.
  • Previous experience in a support or maintenance role is .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
