Maintenance and Engineering Manager

Our client is global leading food and beverage manufacturer.Job Responsibilities Collaborating with the operation department and assisting to reduce the time for machinery and equipment breakdown.Conducting predictive and preventive maintenance management systems, maintaining and managing to optimize machinery efficiencySupervising and managing subordinates' day-to-day operations and performance by providing guidance and executing technical problem-solving.Adapting manufacturing machinery to client needs, integrating new innovative technology or method to increase production capacity and quality, and monitoring the machines to ensure they can execute the predetermined plan are all examples of upgrading or altering machinery.Executing manufacturing machinery adaptation to client needs and integrating new innovative technology or method to increase production capacity and quality, and monitoring the machines to ensure they can achieve the predetermined plan.Establishing yearly maintenance budgets, and overseeing and limiting maintenance costs. Creating specifications, organizing ordering, delivery, and installation, and overseeing the Engineering Section's capital equipment procurement and upkeep.Implementing, managing, and controlling the PM of electrical and mechanical machinery.Coordinating and cooperating with the EHS team to guarantee all operations constantly comply with legal or regulatory standards.Providing support concerning 5S, GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO & ISO, and OPEX.Managing and controlling construction, machine relocation, and modification activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering.Minimum of 8 years experience in a maintenance field with at least 3 years in a managerial or similar level.Experience in food, FMCG, or Packaging manufacturing environments is highly preferred.Experience with PM/TPM implementation is highly preferred.Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, and PM.Good command of English.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong team player, with a result-driven working style and serviced mind.
