An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager from a trade background to oversee strategic and reactive maintenance across a prestigious academic estate. The Institution is looking for a leader who will act as front of house for all maintenance matters on a multi-estate comprised of education intuitions, accommodation and luxury hotel - this post will be predominantly based in Henley.

The Role:
* Lead Maintenance Operations on a multi estate comprising of educational facilities, Luxury hotel

The Candidate:
* Facilities or Maintenance Management
* A trade background (preferably mechanical / electrical)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
* In-depth knowledge of building management systems and maintenance protocols.

The role offers the potential for joining our on-call rotation, approximately one weekend in every five or six, with an additional annual allowance of £3,800. There is also the opportunity to assume responsibility for a key service area as a Duty Holder, which includes an extra annual allowance of £2,360.
