Responsibilities: As a Maintenance and Operations Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations activities during designated shifts. Key responsibilities include:



Supervising a team of maintenance and operations staff.

Coordinating and executing preventive maintenance programs.

Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and university policies.

Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall facility performance.Qualifications:



City and Guilds Level 3 in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

18th Edition

HVAP desireable but not essential

Proven experience in maintenance and operations, preferably in an educational or similar setting.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Technical expertise in building systems and equipment.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
