Full Job Description
The Town Center at Levis is currently seeking to hire an experience Maintenance Assistant to work along with the on-site Facility Manager. The Town Center at Levis Commons is a high-end open- air Center located in Perrysburg, Ohio.
The role encompasses all the usual functions of a maintenance professional. We need someone who understands plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and the ability to participate in the preparation of the Center’s annual budget with direction from the Facility Manager.
Specific daily responsibilities of the Maintenance Assistant include the list below, and with the understanding other tasks may be assigned as needed for the Center.
· Plumbing: Basic troubleshooting and repair of toilets, sinks and drinking fountains. Winterizing vacant spaces and outdoor drinking fountains and maintain fountains. Contractors will manage major repairs and renovations.
· Electric: Basic troubleshooting and repair of light fixtures, outlets, and switches; sound/music system (mostly repair or replacement); camera system minor repairs. All Center lighting is LED. You will be required to change light bulbs in the office suites, common areas and site lighting below 10’. Contractors will manage all other major electrical repairs and renovations and highlighting.
· HVAC: Basic operation and troubleshooting of RTU air conditioning systems. All office and common area RTUs (25) are under contract for maintenance and repair.
· Carpentry: Basic skills to make minor repairs and build items that may be needed for an event.
· Contractors: You will collaborate with contractors to assure maintenance services, repairs and problems are managed in an efficient and timely manner.
· Site inspections: On a monthly basis, you will work with the Facility Manager and complete detailed inspections of various areas of the site to include vacant spaces, roofs, mechanical rooms, restrooms, lobbies, building exteriors, parking lots, landscape, and lighting.

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $49,000 per year
Schedule:
· 8-hour shift
· Weekend availability as well as after hours.
