Position: Maintenance person



Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum



Location: Coventry 



Contract: Permanent



Weekly Hours: 40



On-call: 1 in 5



Weekly standby payment: £150



Call out rate: 1.5



Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

A growing Building Services Company is recruiting a maintenance person to cover leisure centre sites across Coventry.



Key Responsibilities:



Perform building maintenance repairs

Conduct building Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).

Utilise relevant experience in building maintenance tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:



Relevant experience in building fabric repairs is essential.

Must pass an enhanced DBS check

Driving licence
