Position: Maintenance person\n\nSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum\n\nLocation: Coventry \n\nContract: Permanent\n\nWeekly Hours: 40\n\nOn-call: 1 in 5\n\nWeekly standby payment: £150\n\nCall out rate: 1.5\n\nHoliday: 25 days plus bank holidays\n\nCompany benefits and pension\n\nCompany van and fuel card provided\n\nAll work is local in Coventry\n\nA growing Building Services Company is recruiting a maintenance person to cover leisure centre sites across Coventry.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPerform building maintenance repairs\nConduct building Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).\nUtilise relevant experience in building maintenance tasks.\nQualifications & Experience:\n\nRelevant experience in building fabric repairs is essential.\nMust pass an enhanced DBS check\nDriving licence\nTo apply, please send your CV to (url removed)
