DAILY

• Cleaning off debris from all buildings and amenities, such as the pool deck and pickleball courts
• Collection of garbage once a day from the occupied sites
• Guiding our guests to their sites
• Picking up debris and maintaining the clean and organized look of the Resort

GENERAL

• Assisting the Maintenance Manager with projects and repairs
• General groundskeeper duties include tree cleanup, weeding, trimming, moving outdoor furniture, and assisting the rest of the maintenance team in all of the responsibilities of cleaning and maintaining the Resort
• General knowledge of basic electric & plumbing
