Maintenance Carpenter - Various locations in Kensington and Chelsea & South West London. \n\nWe are looking for a Maintenance Carpenter with experience working on high spec residential projects in London. \n\nCandidates must be confident working alone, client facing and self-motivated to complete jobs within a timely manner to a high standard.

Jobs are in various locations around South-West & Central London. The successful candidate will also have access to a company van & fuel card.\n\nMain Duties:\n\nGeneral maintenance on high spec residential houses.\nIncluding but not limited to; Carpentry, fitting doors, changing hinges, replacing ironmongery, replacing skirting, kitchen alternations & various other tasks.\nMeeting sub-contractors on-site Requirements:\n\nHigh end residential maintenance/carpentry experience\nCSCS Card or Certificate\nNVQ2 Carpentry & joinery \nOwn tools required\nValid, full clean drivers licence\nDBS checkJob Details: \n\nMaintenance Carpenter \nKensington and Chelsea\nOngoing work\nMon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
