We are searching for a Maintenance Department Administrator for a property management company. This person will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance-related administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the maintenance department. Their duties typically include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Order Management: Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance requests to technicians or vendors.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange maintenance schedules, repairs, for properties.
- Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and compliance documents.
- Inventory Management: Track supplies, order parts, and ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Customer & Tenant Communication: Respond to tenant maintenance inquiries and provide updates on repair timelines.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure that maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on maintenance activities, costs, and work completion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of property management and maintenance procedures ()
- Proficiency in office software and maintenance tracking systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate with, tenants, and maintenance staff
- Bilingual Spanish (oral and written)
