Maintenance Electrician – High-End Commercial Office, RG1\nLocation: Newly Refurbished £750 Million Commercial Office Building, Reading\nSalary: Up to £45,000 per annum\nHours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm (Early and late shifts available)\nWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team at a newly refurbished, high-end commercial office building in Reading.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Perform reactive and planned electrical maintenance.\n * Keep site logbooks up to date.\n * Liaise with clients and sub-tenants daily to ensure smooth operations.\nIdeal Candidate:\n * Strong client-facing experience and communication skills.\n * Relevant electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).\n * Experience in commercial environments, ideally in premium office settings.\nBenefits:\n * Competitive salary of up to £45,000\n * Opportunity to work in a prestigious new building\nApply with your CV and cover letter today
