Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our Client's team within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. The role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial properties.



Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location:Newcastle Upon TyneKey Responsibilities:



Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.

Fault finding, testing, and diagnostics.

Ensure compliance with electrical standards and health and safety regulations.

Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clientsQualifications:



NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent)

Driving License

Must be able to obtain DBSRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
