Role: Electrician\n\nSalary: £42,000 - £44,000\n\nLocation: Manchester (50-Mile Radius)\n\nJoin a Growing M&E Division Built on Strong Contracts and Exceptional Staff Retention\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n £42,000 salary – paid door to door\n\n * \n\n Mercedes vans – fully kitted and racked (private use being introduced)\n\n * \n\n 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x\n\n * \n\n 5% pension contribution\n\n * \n\n Core working hours: 08:00 – 17:00\n\n * \n\n No emergency callouts (may be introduced later)\n\nLocation: Based in Manchester, covering sites within a 50-mile radius. Current clients include offices, landlords and tenants, and the real estate sector. This may expand as the business grows.\n\nThe Role: We’re expanding our M&E services off the back of long-standing fabric and reactive maintenance contracts.

You’ll be responsible for:\n\n * \n\n Planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical works\n\n * \n\n Supporting the team with general PPMs and occasional small fabric repairs\n\n * \n\n Travelling across the Northwest, predominantly within 50 miles of Manchester\n\nYou’ll mainly focus on your trade but will need to be hands-on and flexible to support the wider team as needed.\n\nWhy Join Us?
