Maintenance Engineer

Our client, a manufacturing company situated near Pinxton, Nottingham, has recently undergone substantial expansion and development, bolstered by a £3 million investment. They are now actively looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team.

Shift Pattern

* Week 1: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm

* Week 2: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm

* Week 3: Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm

* Week 4: Sunday – Thursday, 10pm – 6am

Duties

* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently.

* Conduct preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and maintain equipment reliability.

* Troubleshoot machinery issues to identify root causes and perform repairs.

* Collaborate with production teams to prioritise and address maintenance needs promptly.

* Maintain accurate records and recommend improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and safety.

Requirements

* Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in engineering or equivalent.

* Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer within the manufacturing industry.

* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
