Maintenance Engineer

Unspecified Roles & Responsibilities Executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs as defined by the maintenance department procedureMachine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure Update documentation (work orders, spare parts, etc.) as specified by the maintenance department procedure.Regularly feedback and suggest new ideas and innovation for machine/equipment maintenanceWork closely and maintain good working relationship with peers and production staff to achieve the required output from the machines.Provide guidance and assistance to Production Technicians & Autonomous Maintenance team in cleaning, inspection and lubrication.Continuous improvement ProjectsEnsure EH&S procedure and complianceWork and coordinate with vendors for Machines/equipment repair, Install and commission machines/equipmentImplement TPM for machines and ensure effectivenessIdentify and execute Continuous Improvement activitiesDigital TPM and OEE implementationIdentify and reduce machine related SRRCoordination with ME for new machine selection and replacementObsolete machines upgrade and retrofit activitiesUsing CMMS system for machine data analysis and Robust corrective actionsRequirementsAt least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years' experiencesKnowledge of CORE problem solving/Root Cause and Corrective Action AnalysisProficiency in Ms Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
