Maintenance Engineer

Job DescriptionJob Description

• Performing routine maintenance around the buildings such as fixing structural damage, such as window, door or wall repair
• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
• Working on damaged electrical wiring when damage occurs
• Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facilitys functioning properly
• Apply preventative maintenance measures to the buildings
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Painting buildings to maintan fresh apearance
• Resolve and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our guests
• Must have your own basic tools
• Must be able to use smart phone, e-mail, texts and complete electronic work orders
• Trouble shooting and make repairs in the following areas:
  • Electrical a must
  • Plumbing a must
  • Painting
  • Minor Carpentry
  • Other building maintenance as needed.
