Your Mission



As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring manufacturing equipment and machinery perform at their peak. Your expertise will keep production running smoothly, minimising downtime and maximising efficiency. Partnering closely with the Maintenance Lead, you’ll take charge of maintaining, optimising, and innovating to elevate manufacturing processes.



Your Impact



Keep Things Running



Lead routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on a range of advanced machinery.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize disruptions.

Quickly diagnose malfunctions and execute effective repairs to keep us on track.

Preventive Maintenance Program



Proactively perform and improve PPM to ensure all equipment operates flawlessly.

Monitor machinery health to identify and address potential issues before they arise.

Installation & Innovation



Collaborate on the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring it’s safe and operational from day one.

Bring fresh ideas to the table, spotting opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and safety.

Drive Continuous Improvement



Champion initiatives that take PPM and equipment reliability to the next level.

Investigate root causes of issues, implement corrective actions, and share insights to prevent reoccurrences.

Safety & Compliance First



Make safety your top priority by adhering to regulations and promoting best practices.

Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history for transparency and accountability.

Be a Technical Partner



Provide technical support to the production team, reducing downtime and ensuring seamless operations.

Empower production staff through training on proper equipment use and basic maintenance techniques.

Take the lead in tool-setting across all site assets.

Streamline Inventory



Accurately document spare parts usage to maintain optimal inventory levels.

What You’ll Bring



Skills & Expertise



A strong foundation in electrical and mechanical systems, with a knack for repair and installation.

Time-served, apprentice-trained, with hands-on experience in PLC control, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics, with experience using Mango or similar CMMS tools.

An analytical mind and a calm approach under pressure.

Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
