Our client will be soon entering a period of sustained growth and expansion as they widen their customer portfolio, with a significant number of high value orders for many years into the future.\n\nThe Job you’ll do\n\n * To maintain all machinery owned or hired by the company\n\n * To maintain preventative maintenance programme\n\n * Responsible for internal facilities e.g., heating, lighting, and domestic appliances.\n\n * Ensure breakdowns are dealt with as soon as possible to reduce downtime.\n\n * Facilitate installing new and existing machinery.\n\n * General maintenance of electrical equipment and systems\n\n * Co-ordinate contractors as required\n\n * Maintain adequate spares to support the plant\n\n * Take part in performance improvement programmes\n\n * To comply with legal requirements and to work within Company health and safety guidelines\n\n * To assist and train other members of staff.\n\n * Maintain high level of general housekeeping\n\n * Computer literate and able to use the main software packages\n\nAbout You\n\n * Experience in a Multiskilled Maintenance role within Engineering/Manufacturing (mechanical bias)\n\n * Excellent fault finding and problem-solving skills are essential.\n\n * Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels.\n\n * Machine tool and fitting experience desirable.\n\n * Computer literate and able to use the main software packages
