Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a well-known steel processing company based in the heart of West Bromwich? If yes, we want to hear from you!Annual Salary: £42,000 to £46,000 includes shift allowance with plenty of overtime availableWeekly Shifts: Mon to Fri - 6am - 2pm / Mon to Thurs - 2pm - 12am / Mon to Thurs - 8pm - 6am rotatingCompany Benefits:

.The role:You will be tasked to carry out preventative maintenance tasks as well as be reactive with regard plant breakdowns and repairs.All actions need to be carried out in a safe and professional manor, reporting to supervisors and filling out daily shift reports and other necessary paperwork.General Scope of work:

• Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• General Welding and Fabrication
• Read from engineering drawings
• Oxygen/acetylene burning
• Bench fitting
• Forklift/cherry picker/OHC operation

Experience/Qualifications Required:

• Completed Apprenticeship/time served would be .
• NVQ level 3 or City and City and Guilds in Mechanical Maintenance
• Experience Slitting/De-coiling would be an advantage.
