Maintenance Engineer

Type: Full-Time

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, repair all physical and mechanical items on properties. Including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, installations, CCTV systems, lighting, painting, carpentry, etc. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and will need to accomplish assigned tasks with agility and accuracy, both independently and in a group setting. The ideal candidate needs to be organized, efficient, professional and courteous.

• Experienced in using and caring for hand and power tools, Ability to climb ladder’s upwards of 6 to 25 feet., Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)., Ability to work a variety of varying schedules., Must have own work truck, Minimum 5 years of building maintenance experience, 2 years’ experience with: HVAC, electrical, carpentry like skills, and plumbing, Fluency in a second , preferably Spanish (but not required).
