Maintenance Engineer (Night Shift)\nSouthampton, Hampshire\nUp to £52,000 + Benefits\nMonday to Friday 00:00- 08:00\nAdept:us are excited to have partnered with a reputable manufacturing business that are part of a widely recognised retail group. Based in Southampton, they are seeking a multi skilled maintenance engineer to join the team, on a full time, permanent.\nThe Role:\nAs part of the maintenance engineering team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all production and process machinery operates efficiently. Your key tasks will include:\n * Reactive Maintenance: Swiftly respond to breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair electrical and mechanical faults.\n * Planned Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure the equipment remains reliable and functions smoothly.\n * Equipment Support: Assist with the installation and modification of electro-mechanical systems.\n * Team Collaboration: Provide training, coaching, and support to production and operational staff.\nThe Requirements:\n * Qualified to level 3 in an engineering discipline.\n * Proven experience in maintenance engineering, ideally within an manufacturing environment.\n * A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.\n * Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing faults across mechanical and/or electrical systems
