Job Description: Are you a skilled Maintenance Fitter with a talent for diagnosing and repairing machinery breakdowns? We're seeking a dedicated professional to lead our small but dynamic team. This role offers a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity with significant potential for leadership growth for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Conduct maintenance and breakdown fitting on machinery Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues promptly. Perform general tasks when required. Maintain and repair a variety of machinery to ensure optimal functionality. Coordinate Mechanical Fitters and sub-contractors. Reporting on computer systems Requirements: Fitter and Turner trade certification or equivalent qualification. Previous experience as a maintenance fitter, specifically with a background in breakdowns and machine diagnostics. Proven leadership skills and ability to coordinate a team Working at Heights and Confined Spaces certifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Benefits: $52/hour + penalties Genuine Temp to Perm opportunity. Small team environment. 6:00 am to 2:00 pm shift.
