As a Maintenance Engineering Team Leader, you will:



Lead and motivate the engineering team.

Maintain and repair production equipment efficiently.

Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns.

Oversee equipment testing and factory start-ups.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards

The successful Maintenance Engineering Team Leader will have:



Hands-on engineering experience.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Expertise in planned maintenance and PPM development.

Proven ability to prioritise resources in a fast-paced environment.
