Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for 2 Maintenance Engineers to work in their leading facility in Telford

These roles are temporary ongoing and the company would like Multi-Skilled Engineers

Due to a request from the client, all candidates will need to go through a Drugs & Alcohol test on-site during the Interview Process.

For the successful Maintenance Engineers our client is offering;

1. Temporary positions

\n

2. Starting shift will be days, but you MUST be flexible to working a continental shift pattern which will rotate days and nights

\n

3. Hourly rate of £15.24 on days, £17.98 per hour for 12 hour days, £19.81 for rotating days and nights

\n

4. Free parking

\n

5. Canteen facilities on site

\n

The Role of the Maintenance Engineer:

\n
1. Providing both Reactive & Planned Preventative Maintenance across a wide range of production machinery

\n

2. Fault Finding both Mechanically & Electrically

\n

3. Ensuring work is carried out in a safety-conscious fashion

\n

4. Reporting on recurrent faults and facilitating repair activities with the Engineering team/supervisor

\n

5. Reporting into the Shift Engineering Supervisor.

\n

6. Carrying out tool changes when required

\n

7. Carrying out improvement work and modifications to improve the overall line efficiency

\n

8. Investigate, propose and apply continuous process improvements and ideas

\n

What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Engineer:

\n

1. BPF knowledge - ESSENTIAL

\n

2. Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineering Experience

\n

3. Formal Mechanical / Electrical Qualifications

\n

4. Fault Finding Ability both Mechanically & Electrically

\n

5. Manufacturing industry experience - Plastics or Injection Moulding - ESSENTIAL\n

\n

6. Ability to work effectively within a team environment

\n
