Job DescriptionMaintenance planning and scheduling through SAP EAM. SAP EAM technical support SAP Master data maintenance Access management of EAM SSD & EWMS users. SAP maintenance data audit and validation for accuracy and compliance with ADNOC One ERP process.Regular training to contractor personnel and support to company staff. MOC & DGS tracking and support EWMS permit audits for compliance as per ADNOC guidelines. Participate in new enhancement and developments in SAP processes. Participate in UAT RITM (new change requests by GC) and providing inputs from ACG. Coordination with SAP central One ERP team. Monitoring of maintenance KPI s in SAP analytics and RCA for any issues. Development of customised report through power BI Vendors SES/invoice review and processing in coordination with respective SME s. Gas inventory receiving and issuance management through SAP SSD module.RequirementsOnsite / RemotelyLeadership and Management:Oversee the Ticketing Unit, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve operational goals.Ticketing Strategy Development:Develop and implement ticketing strategies that maximize revenue while ensuring a seamless visitor experience.System Management:Manage and optimize ticketing systems and platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and integrated with other departmental systems.Customer Experience Enhancement:Monitor customer feedback and ticketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in visitor services.Project Management:Lead discussions with site managers to gather requirements and manage ticketing software projects.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.Business Analysis:Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ticketing implementation.Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions.Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and events, to coordinate ticketing for special events and exhibitions.UX Design:Collaborate with UX designers/agencies to create user-friendly ticketing flows.Implement continuous improvements based on user feedback.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports on ticket sales, visitor demographics, and trends to inform strategic decision-making.Track system performance, user satisfaction, and revenue.Budget Management:Assist in the development and management of the ticketing budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.Training and Development:Train and develop staff on ticketing processes, customer service standards, and system usage.Compliance and Security:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols related to ticket sales and visitor access. #J-18808-Ljbffr
