Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Field Employee at Tri Scapes, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of Right of Ways in the Milton, GA area. Your responsibilities will include mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing leaves, pruning trees and shrubs, and ensuring the cleanliness of roads, curbs, and sidewalks. We are seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in creating and preserving exceptional landscapes and hardscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees according to landscape designs.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as directed.
• General upkeep of grounds and equipment
• Ensure work sites are clean and debris-free at the end of each workday.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and Valid US license.
• Motivated self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Authorization:
