Maintenance/Grounds Technician – Commercial Office Complex

We are seeking a Maintenance/Grounds Technician to join our team at a large commercial office complex. This role is responsible for ensuring the property remains well-maintained, clean, and functional for tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

• Oversee groundskeeping duties, such as landscaping, snow removal, and general exterior upkeep.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.

• Assist with building upkeep, including painting, lighting, basic carpentry, and other task as assigned. 

• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergency maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or a related field .

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
