We are a US-Based Manufacturing company and we are looking for efficient, dedicated loyal individuals that can to contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a custom manufacturer in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Open to taking over and executing different tasks such as, but not limited to:

• Manage teams and ensure that all are following protocols and that they are equally familiar with the companys safety requirements.
• Assist in Invoicing for maintenance work.
• Monitoring cameras for daily productivity and confirm efficiency.
• Scheduling maintenance crew to routes as needed.
• To make sure all reports are cleaned daily; no pending tasks for the day.
• Enter new data of incoming info for new curtains from hospitals, laundry, maintenance.
• Daily printing of curtain labels, barcodes, checklists and work orders.
• Process curtain procedures as needed.
• Checking all details, data entry of daily production report/s.
• Confirm routes / delivery sheets for all drivers daily.
• Ensuring that team complies to daily checklists provided for curtain care.
• Assist in scheduling and preparing agenda for meetings.
• All other administrative tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills - Oral and written.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge and other relevant tools.
• Problem-solving skills, Decision making ability, Organizational skills, Procedural mindset, Ability to prioritize.
• Attention to detail; Exceptional and can multi-task.
• Courteous, Discretion and confidentiality.
• Flexible and interested in a small company with lots of growth opportunity.
• Willing to work US Time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
• Must be active with positive attitude and high energy and have great work ethics and integrity!

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer Processor: Minimum 5th Intel i5 processor or equivalent
• Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB
• Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix or any operating system other than what is required.
• Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection
• Headset: Noise-canceling headset connected via USB port
• Web Cam : At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
