Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and competent Maintenance Lead with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day maintenance support, oversee technical developments, and contribute to asset transformation projects within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily maintenance support to the contract, ensuring all activities align with operational requirements.
- Prepare estimates/CTRs and assist in the review and scheduling of proposed maintenance activities.
- Stay current with technical developments, national and international standards, and legislative requirements relevant to the disciplines.
- Assist in training and technical development of engineers to ensure skill advancement within the team.
- Support maintenance work streams for asset transformation projects, offering insights and guidance on strategy and performance standards.
- Provide expertise in updating maintenance strategies and performance standards to enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- In-depth awareness of major accident hazards and strong knowledge of key safety legislation and regulations.
- Fully conversant with maintenance management systems and their application in an offshore environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes and procedures, particularly in offshore settings.
- Electrical authorization with a comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems.
- Action-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to inspire and lead others effectively.
- Demonstrate strong leadership behaviors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
