Oversee all aspects of maintenance engineering, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, initiatives, and processes align with the organization's goals, policies, and objectives.

• Perform analysis of projects, initiatives and processes to establish and strategize a plan, schedule appropriate staffing and coordination of projects.
• Develop, implement and manage maintenance of machinery and facility.
• Develop the best economic strategy for plans and projects.
• Manage and supervise maintenance staff.
• Evaluate employee skills, support and encourage employee skill improvement and facilitate professional growth and development.
• Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Manage, operate, edit and update machinery software.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
