We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at Valley Products. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong technical mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team of maintenance professionals. This role is essential to ensure our facilities, equipment, and machinery operate at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure operational efficiency.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee maintenance activities, both scheduled and unscheduled.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and other support staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to support production and minimize downtime.
- Manage maintenance budgets, and oversee inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Document maintenance activities and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field is but not required.
