We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at Valley Products. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong technical mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team of maintenance professionals. This role is essential to ensure our facilities, equipment, and machinery operate at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee maintenance activities, both scheduled and unscheduled.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and other support staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to support production and minimize downtime.
• Manage maintenance budgets, and oversee inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field is but not required.
