Job Description
Salary: $120k per year
Techo Bloc is seeking its next passionate Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department at our facility based in Douglassville, PA. As a seasoned maintenance professional, you will build programs for preventive, proactive, and predictive maintenance. Your contribution maximizes the longevity of the machinery and equipment's excellent performance - a vital piece to our production puzzle!
Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day:
- Hands-on Management
- 80% of time spent on the floor with their team
- Collaborate with operational leaders to proactively address maintenance issues.
- Oversee a team of plant technicians and specialists regarding maintenance. Act as a point of contact for questions, coaching and guidance.
- Manage projects for new equipment installations and equipment rebuilds
- Layout, read and fabricate to construction drawings.
- Lead troubleshooting through planning, and execution in both mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Keep detailed maintenance records on all equipment and tasks performed on the equipment by maintenance team
- Manage plant maintenance costs, plant process reliability, and subcontractors onsite at plant location
- Collaborate with outside contractors, and vendors.
- Assist with calculations, projections and applications for fabrication and layout.
Qualifications
- H.S Diploma or equivalent. Technical training in related field is
- Five years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role.
- 10+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
- Strong familiarity with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and mechanics
- Electrical experience in PLC’s and plant automation.
- Team Management; Ability to mentor and train others in both mechanical and electrical aspects.
- Previous experience in concrete manufacturing equipment (highly )
- This position requires being on call to support the 24x7 operation when needed
