DO YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS?
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance position
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Organizational abilities
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks like climbing ladders, lifting 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions
BONUS MAINTENANCE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical or trade school certification
- Proficiency with maintenance management software
WHAT DOES OUR MAINTENANCE MANAGER DO?
You keep our country club in excellent condition for members, overseeing your team as they handle the day-to-day maintenance responsibilities. You're motivated to optimize our efficiency, and you achieve this by managing scheduling, effectively delegating tasks, and maintaining a well-stocked equipment inventory. Helping staff grow stronger, you conduct performance reviews and provide training to strengthen weak areas. You motivate your team and foster a positive environment, inspiring staff members to thrive.
You're also out in the field, performing high-quality inspections, repairs, and maintenance services on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems. You promptly respond to service calls and emergencies, closely documenting the work you perform. To help prevent future issues, you develop and implement a preventative maintenance program. You also coordinate with vendors and contractors for special projects, ensuring every problem is fully addressed and taken care of.
