Maintenance Manager

Copperhead Chemical Company Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to oversee the maintenance of our facility that manufactures pharmaceuticals and energetic materials. This is a full time, day-shift position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or 10 years of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision
• Satisfactory pre-employment physical with drug and alcohol screening
• Acceptable background checks by PA State Police and BATFE
• Valid driver’s license

Required Experience:

• Planning and directing maintenance of facilities, equipment and infrastructure
• Establishing maintenance programs, priorities, schedules and cost targets
• Providing/coordinating technical support for information systems, phones and cameras
• Proposing capital projects, preparing capital requests and overseeing implementation
• Establishing and implementing contingency plans to circumvent failures

Experience in these areas are a plus:

• Systems for electric distribution, HVAC and steam
• Manufacture of propellants, explosives and pharmaceuticals
• Good Manufacturing Practice
• Process Safety Management
• Union work environment
• Oracle E-Business Suite
