Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Repairing and maintaining fixtures, furniture, appliances, machinery, and mechanical equipment in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
Performs some tasks in plumbing, electricity, and carpentry.
Installs new equipment, as directed.
Performs routine inspections.
Inventories and requisitions parts, as required.
Keeps management informed of activities, needs, and problems within the Department.
Participates in Care Facility and Department seminars and safety lectures.

Salary: $25.0437 per hour
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience as Mechanic in a related field
General mechanics knowledge in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical repair, refrigeration and HVAC required
Education:
Vocational School training with courses in Blueprint reading
High School Diploma/GED required
